This month's free movie features "One flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". A movie that show cases many of the problems that mental institutions used to struggle with during the 1950's and 1960's. This movie is a tragic comedy that is both painful, honest, and important. The movie will be introduced by Dr. Dan Smith, who is a Clinical Psychologist at Oregon State Hospital, where much of this movie was filmed. Dr Dan and our friends with Empower Oregon will help lead a short conversation after the movie about what has changed and what is still needed for adequate mental health services in our communities. 6:00pm Doors open, 6:30 movie 6401 Southeast Foster Road Portland, OR 97206 SEIU Local 503 | SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION ... www. seiu 503.org |
