SE Uplift invites ordinary Portlanders like you to shape and create your neighborhood by applying for a

Neighborhood Small Grant. Grants range from $300-$4,000 and are intended to spur small, grassroots community efforts aimed at connecting and engaging residents, building community capacity, improving neighborhood livability, or increasing community impact on public decision making.
