Alley Allies Public Vetting: Alley Toolkit, Sat. 5/18

The Alley Allies team want your feedback on their new Alley Toolkit.
A group of planning students
from PSU's Toulan School of Planning are nearing completion of their workshop project sponsored by Foster Green Ecodistrict along with our neighborhood, Fo-Po, and Lents.
The group, Mill Street Community Planning, is holding a public vetting of the new toolkit this Saturday morning May 18 at Bar Carlo from 10AM-Noon. Please drop by to check it out and offer your valuable feedback. There's more info on Mill Street's website and on Foster United. Go Alley Allies!

"Foster Mobility": A Student Survey

"Foster Mobility"  is a class project of Kathryn Doherty-Chapman and Mark Kenseth at Portland State University. The project is meant to involve the public and use mapping tools to develop information for an urban planning project. We have learned about the Foster Road revitalization project and would like your input by taking a few minutes to answer some questions.  The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Woodstock and MSANA Sponsored Easter Egg Hunt

The MSANA has some exciting news....we've partnered with the Woodstock NA to host an Easter Egg Hunt in Mt. Scott Park. The hunt, which has taken place for years now in Woodstock Park is moving over to our neighborhood this year. It will take place on Saturday, April 23rd. To help make this happen, we are looking for volunteers to help stuff plastic eggs, prep the park on the morning of the hunt and stay around to help clean up. Also, if you're a neighbor living in Mt. Scott-Arleta and you have a project, idea or group you'd like to get started (think knitting club, a walking group, or meet-up for Moms) please contact us and you can join us at our table on the 23rd and spread the word to the rest of your neighbors.
