Foster Road Cross Section Draft Alternatives

The Foster Streetscape planning process is well underway.  The Stakeholder Advisory Committee is meeting this Thursday, November 15 at 6:00 p.m. at SE Works to   review all options and brainstorm  ideas for Foster Rd, including crossing improvements, cross section changes and streetscape improvements. "Foster Mobility": A Student Survey

"Foster Mobility"  is a class project of Kathryn Doherty-Chapman and Mark Kenseth at Portland State University. The project is meant to involve the public and use mapping tools to develop information for an urban planning project. We have learned about the Foster Road revitalization project and would like your input by taking a few minutes to answer some questions.  The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Happy New Year Mt. Scott Arleta Neighbors!

Our first meeting of the year is this Wednesday, January 7th at 6:30 p.m. at Mt. Scott Community Center in the pool-side room.  Come learn about Health Care for All Oregonians and Measure 50 Tax Inequities. A lot is happening in the Neighborhood.  The Portland Mercado is expected to open this Spring. Henry Higgins Bagels is opening next to Red Castle games on 64th & Foster. The Foster Window Project will be giving a makeover to the  Phoenix Building.  If you would like to get involved with this project they are looking for volunteers!
